Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your artwork. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to send you a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made-to-order just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered the wrong size

  • Not what you expected

Please double-check your order details (size, style, and shipping address) before completing the checkout process.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if your order cannot be fulfilled or if a replacement is unavailable.
